THEY ALSO STATED THEY NEVER REECIEVED THE NOTICE BUT THEY CLAIM THEY TURNED IN THE NON RENTAL AFFDAVIT 2/13/17 TO COMPLY IT SO THEY HAD CASE KNOWLEDGE BEFORE THE HEARING TOOK PLACE ON 3-1-17. NOTICE WAS CLEARLY POSTED TO PROPERTY & WAS SENT CERTIFIED MAIL. THEIR MAILING ADDRESS AT THE TIME WAS 249 GREGORY AND THAT'S WHERE NOV WAS SENT TO. NOTICE IS VALID. DEED FOR SELLING 249 GREGORY IS IN SAME NAME (ATTACHED TO CASE). NO RECORD OF LANDSCAPING ISSUES EVER COMPLIED. CODE OFFICER WILL BE INSPECTING.
