PERMIT ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND COMMUNITY
PLUS DOES SHOW A FINAL PERMIT INSPECTION
DATED 7/21/17. THEY ALSO CLAIM NO
KNOWLEDGE OF A LIEN AT ALL BUT THE FINE

VALID. DEED FOR SELLING 249 GREGORY IS
IN SAME NAME (ATTACHED TO CASE). NO
RECORD OF LANDSCAPING ISSUES EVER
COMPLIED. CODE OFFICER WILL BE
INSPECTING.
