TOLD HIM IF HE DOES NOT THEN I WILL HAVE DUMPSTER EMPTIED AND WILL BE CHARDED AND MY UPGRADE TO ANOTHER WEEKLY PICKUP SERVICE TO TOTAL 3 PER WEEK AND WILL BE CHARGED.
