ACCORDING TO THE REPORT THE ACCIDENT THAT TOOK OUT THE FRONT FENCE OCCURRED ON THE MORNING OF 6/18/17. THIS IS ODD AS THE FRONT FENCE WAS ALREADY DOWN AND DAMAGED WHEN I WAS THERE ON 6/16/17. ADDITIONALLY THE LANDSCAPE WAS ALREADY OVERGROWN ON THAT DATE AND MR. ARSALI SAYS THEY HELD OFF MOWING AND REMOVING THE DAMAGED FENCE UNTIL AFTER THE ACCIDENT REPORT. CLEARLY THE GRASS WAS IN VIOLATION PRIOR TO THE ACCIDENT. ON 6/20/17, TWO DAYS AFTER THE ACCIDENT REPORT WAS TAKEN, THE FENCE WAS STILL DOWN AND THE GRASS STILL IN VIOLATION. PUTTING ALL THIS INFORMATION TOGETHER I RETURNED MR. ARSALI'S CALLS, (561) 740-1320 AND RECEIVED NO ANSWER, LEAVING A MESSAGE THAT I WILL RESPOND TO HIS EMAIL INSTEAD TO BE SURE HE GETS THE INFORMATION. EMAIL SENT ([email protected]) ADVISED HIM OF THE ABOVE FACTS AS WELL AS A REMINDER THAT IN THE 9 MONTHS SINCE THIS CASE WAS OPENED THIS IS THE 3RD ACTION PLAN FAILED AS WELL AS THE HISTORY THAT UNDER HIS OWNERSHIP THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN CITED 10 OTHER TIMES.
