SHE ALSO COMPLAINED THAT THENOTICE WAS TAPED TO HER FENCE AND HAD HER MAILING ADDRESS ON IT. SHE WAS ADVISED THAT INFORMATION IN LETTER IS REQUIRED TO BE INCLUDED AND POSTED TO PROPERTY AND HAD TO BE PLACED ON FENCE BECAUSEFRONT GATES WERE PADLOCKED.
