SHE STATED THAT REESE WAS ABLE TO DO A
SKIP TRACE AND FIND HER. I EXPLAINED TO
HER AGAIN WHAT PROPER NOTICE IS AND SHE
STATED I WAS LAZY FOR NOT USING A SKIP
TRACE TO FIND HER. I ADVISED HER FOR
THE FIRST OF SEVERAL TIMES THAT IF SHE
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROPERTY SHE IS
REQUIRED TO CHECK ON THE PROPERTY EVEN
IF IT IS SOMEONE CHECKING FOR HER. HAD
SHE BEEN DOING THAT SHE'D HAVE KNOWN OF
THE CASE DUE TO THE NOTIFICATIONS BEING
POSTED AT THE PROPERTY. SHE ASKED WHEN
WORK WAS DONE AND WHAT SHE OWED ON THE
CASE. ADVISED HER I HAVE THE DATES OF
WORK BEING DONE BUT NOT THE AMOUNTS OWED
AND SHE SAID, "YOU CAN'T EVEN TELL ME
WHEN WORK WAS DONE?" I REPEATED WHAT
HAD ALREADY BEEN SAID AND SHE ASKED ME
TO EMAIL THAT INFORMATION TO HER AND SHE
WOULD CALL BACK AFTER. DURING THIS
15-20 MINUTE CONVERSATION SHE RETURNED
TO THE TOPIC OF HER NOT BEING PROPERLY
NOTIFIED SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS NOTICEBLY
UPSET ABOUT THIS. I EMAILED
([email protected]) HER AND
INCLUDED A LIST OF THE DATES WORKERS
WERE SENT TO THE PROPERTY TO ABATE
VIOLATIONS AND WHAT IT WAS FOR. I ALSO
INCLUDED THE NUMBER TO FINANCE SO SHE
CAN FIND OUT WHAT IS OWED. CONFERRED
WITH L. BORSO REGARDING THIS SITUATION.
