THE LONGER HE SPOKE THE MORE HIS SPEECH WAS LACED WITH PROFANITIES. HE WOULD NOT OR COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THE ISSUE OF HIS SWALE COVERAGE WAS DISCUSSED AT THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE HEARING AND STATED SEVERAL TIMES THAT I LIED TO THE JUDGE ABOUT HIVES ON HIS PROPERTY, STILL NOT UNDERSTANDING THAT THE ISSUE OF HIVES WAS FROM A PREVIOUS CASE IN 2013. HE ACCUSED THE CITY OF STEALING HIS PROPERTY WHEN TRIMMING HIS MANGO TREE WHERE IT OVERHUNG THE PROPERTY TO HIS EAST (ALSO IN 2013). STATED THE OFFICER ON THAT CASE (A. LOPEZ) WAS A PUNK. STATED HE WAS TIRED OF BEING HARASSED AND I EXPLAINED IT WAS HE WHO WAS HARASSING ME AS I TRIED TO PERFORM MY DUTIES FOR THE CITY. HIS USE OF PROFANITIES INCREASED AGAIN AND HE STATED "YOU WILL LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE OR I WILL MAKE YOU." AT THIS POINT I INFORMED HIM THAT I FELT HE WAS THREATENING ME AND I WOULD NO LONGER LISTEN TO HIS PROFANE STATEMENTS. I TOLD HIM TO HAVE A GOOD DAY AND DROVE OFF. AS I PULLED AWAY HE YELLED, "FUCKING PUNK, I WILL GET YOU!"
