BEFORE I RETURNED THE CALLS HE CALLED AGAIN. I SPOKE WITH MR. AGNANT WHICH MOSTLY INVOLVED HIM YELLING. OTHER THAN DEMANDING HIS FENCE BACK HE DEMANDS TO KNOW WHY HE DID NOT RECEIVE A NOTICE FOR THIS. HE WAS UNWILLING TO UNDERSTAND THAT WITH A SERVICE ORDER THE CITY IS ALREADY AUTHORIZED TO ABATE VIOLATIONS WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE. HE REQUESTED TO MEET AT THE PROPERTY WHICH I DECLINED BASED ON THE VOLUME OF HIS YELLING AND THE FACT THAT IT WOULD CHANGE NOTHING. HE WAS GIVEN TWO WARNINGS THAT IF HE KEPT YELLING THE CONVERSATION WOULD BE OVER. HE CONTINUED TO YELL AND I TERMINATED THE CONVERSATION. L. BORSO APPRISED OF SITUATION.
