DIGIT NUMBER (17070289) WHICH TURNED OUT
TO BE A PERMIT NUMBER. THE PERMIT WAS
FOR A BOARDING CERTIFICATE THAT WAS
REQURIED SINCE THE HOUSE WAS ALREADY
BOARDED BY THE CITY. CERTIFICATE WAS
ISSUED & CLOSED. HE WAS ADVISED WHAT IT
WAS FOR AND THEN ASKED WHO PAID FOR IT.
AFTER CHECKING WITH BUILDING DIVISION IT
WAS EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT WE DO NOT HAVE
ACCESS TO THAT INFORMATION. HE WAS
HEADING TO FINANCE TO SEE IF THEY CAN
ANSWER THE QUESTION.

BEFORE HAD BEEN REMOVED BUT HIS LICENCE
PLATE NOW HAD A CURRENT REGISTRATION
STICKER ON IT. HE ARGUED WITH BORSO FOR
20 MINUTES, KEPT LYING AND SAYING HE
OWNED THE PROPERTY, THEN LIED SAYING HE
WAS NOT LIVING THERE BUT WAS JUST
"GETTING HIS THINGS." HE APPEARED TO
THREATEN BORSO SAYING SHE WAS GETTING IN
THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING THAT WAS NONE OF
HER BUSINESS AND THERE WOULD BE
CONSEQUENCES. HE DEPARTED AND WE
PROCEEDED TO THE HOUSE. WE CHECKED ALL
THREE UNITS ON THE INSIDE AND ALL WERE A
COMPLETE MESS, THE WORST OF IT APPEARED
TO BE THE TOP, EAST UNIT WHICH WAS FULL
OF JUNK AND TRASH. THERE WAS ALSO A
LARGE SUPPLY OF FOOD & WATER (BOTTLED,
CANNED AND DRY FOOD) AS WELL AS CURRENT
PRESCRIPTION BOTTLES. IT WAS VERY
EVIDENT THAT HE HAD LIED AND WAS LIVING
IN THE UNIT AND IT IS STILL WITHOUT
WATER MAKING IT UNLIVABLE BY STATE LAW.
WE DEPARTED SO ANCHORS BOARDING COULD
COMPLETE SECURING THE BUILDING. HE
SECURED ALL THEREE INTERIOR ENTRANCES,
DOUBLE BOARDED THE FRONT DOOR, BOARDED
THE SLIDING DOORS ON THE BALCONIES AND
THE BROKEN 2ND FLOOR WINDOW.
