HE WAS HEADING TO FINANCE TO SEE IF THEY CAN ANSWER THE QUESTION.

HE APPEARED TO THREATEN BORSO SAYING SHE WAS GETTING IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING THAT WAS NONE OF HER BUSINESS AND THERE WOULD BE CONSEQUENCES. HE DEPARTED AND WE PROCEEDED TO THE HOUSE. WE CHECKED ALL THREE UNITS ON THE INSIDE AND ALL WERE A COMPLETE MESS, THE WORST OF IT APPEARED TO BE THE TOP, EAST UNIT WHICH WAS FULL OF JUNK AND TRASH. THERE WAS ALSO A LARGE SUPPLY OF FOOD & WATER (BOTTLED, CANNED AND DRY FOOD) AS WELL AS CURRENT PRESCRIPTION BOTTLES. IT WAS VERY EVIDENT THAT HE HAD LIED AND WAS LIVING IN THE UNIT AND IT IS STILL WITHOUT WATER MAKING IT UNLIVABLE BY STATE LAW. WE DEPARTED SO ANCHORS BOARDING COULD COMPLETE SECURING THE BUILDING. HE SECURED ALL THEREE INTERIOR ENTRANCES, DOUBLE BOARDED THE FRONT DOOR, BOARDED THE SLIDING DOORS ON THE BALCONIES AND THE BROKEN 2ND FLOOR WINDOW.
