APPROXIMATELY 3 FEET FROM THE ASSIGNED
CITY VEHICLE I WAS DRIVING. THE OWNER
GOT OUT OF HIS VEHICLE AND BEGAN YELLING
AT ME TO STOP TAKING PICTURES AT HIS
HOUSE. HE THEN YELLED, "THE CITY WON'T
TAKE THIS HOUSE." ATTEMPTS TO INFORM
HIM THAT THE CITY HAS NO DESIRE TO TAKE
HIS HOUSE BUT WOULD LIKE HIM TO CLEAN IT
AND BRING THE PROPERTY UP TO CODE WERE
IGNORED AND THEN HE STORMED OFF AND
MOVED THE TRUCK HE WAS DRIVING TO THE
DRIVEWAY.
