4.OBTAIN PERMITS FOR PAVING/MARKING PARKING LOT.
5.OWNER OR APPLICANT SHALL OBTAIN A
DULY-AUTHORIZED BUILDING PERMIT FROM THE CITY'S
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO THE
INSTALLATION OF ANY SIGN, INCLUDING THE CHANGE OF
ANY SIGN FACE.
6.THE OWNER OF ANY STRUCTURE OR BUILDING SUBJECT
TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION SHALL
MAINTAIN, REPAIR OR REPLACE ALL ADDRESSES WHEN
NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS

OVERGROWN BRUSH, DEAD VEGETATION, TRASH, JUNK,

NEWSPAPERS, CIRCULARS, FLYERS, NOTICES, DISCARDED
PERSONAL ITEMS INCLUDED, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
FURNITURE, CLOTHING, LARGE AND SMALL APPLIANCES,
PRINTED MATERIAL OR ANY OTHER ITEMS THAT GIVE THE
APPEARANCE THAT THE PROPERTY IS ABANDONED.
8.THE PROPERTY SHALL BE MAINTAINED FREE OF
GRAFFITI OR SIMILAR MARKINGS BY REMOVAL OR
PAINTING OVER WITH AN EXTERIOR GRADE PAINT THAT
MATCHES THE COLOR OF THE EXTERIOR STRUCTURE.
