WOULD HAVE LIKED TO TAKE CARE OF THESE
ISSUES. HE WILL BE SENDING SOMEONE TO
THE PROPERTY FRIDAY (9/19) TO ADDRESS
THEM. HE WOULD LIKE MY INDULGENCE UNTIL
THEN.
I GAVE HIM THE WEEKEND BUT STATED THAT
SHOULD THESE ISSUES NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF
BY MONDAY I WOULD HAVE TO SEND IN A CITY
CONTRACTOR FOR SAFETY CONCERNS.
