WHO HELPS BATTERED WOMEN AFTER HIS
SISTER DIED AND THAT THEY ARE THE
OWNERS.I TOLD HIM I LOOKED UP PUBLIC
RECORDS WHILE HE WAITED TO SEE IF
SOMEONE ELSE OWNS THE PROPERTY BUT
CURRENTLY HE (MR. JAMES W LUNDY JR.) AND
HIS SISTER CYNTHIA C WILDMAN APPEAR IN
PUBLIC RECORDS AS OWNERS. I TOLD HIM HE
IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING ALL
VIOLATIONS. HE SAID HE WILL COME BACK
WITH DOCUMENTATION SHOWING THAT HE NO
LONGER OWNS THE PROPERTY.I TOLD HIM I
WILL HOLD OFF UNTIL MONDAY TO SUBMIT
ABATEMENT WORKORDER AS ORDERED BY THE
SPECIAL MAGISTRATE, UNLESS HE HAS PROOF
THAT THE OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY WAS
TRANSFERRED BACK IN 9/13 AT WHICH TIME I
WILL CLOSE THIS CASE AND START OVER
CITING NEW OWNER FOR VIOLATIONS.I TOLD
