JAMES W LUNDY JR.) AND HIS SISTER CYNTHIA C WILDMAN APPEAR IN PUBLIC RECORDS AS OWNERS. I TOLD HIM HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLYING ALL VIOLATIONS. HE SAID HE WILL COME BACK WITH DOCUMENTATION SHOWING THAT HE NO LONGER OWNS THE PROPERTY.I TOLD HIM I WILL HOLD OFF UNTIL MONDAY TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT WORKORDER AS ORDERED BY THE SPECIAL MAGISTRATE, UNLESS HE HAS PROOF THAT THE OWNERSHIP OF THE PROPERTY WAS TRANSFERRED BACK IN 9/13 AT WHICH TIME I WILL CLOSE THIS CASE AND START OVER CITING NEW OWNER FOR VIOLATIONS.I TOLD HIM TO KEEP IN TOUCH.I GAVE HIM BY BUSINESS CARD AND TOLD HIM MY PHONE NUMBER IS NO THE VIOLATION NOTICE HE HAS.
