JACUZZI IS IN A WOODEN PORCH AREA THAT IS FALLING APART AND HAZARDOUS. THE WOODEN STAIRS FROM THAT AREA TO THE BALCONY ARE ALSO HAZARDOUS. UNKNOWN AT THIS TIME IF BALCONY DOORS ARE SECURE OR NOT. THE EDGE OF THE ROOF IS DETERIORATING IN NUMEROUS PLACES. W/O SUBMITTED TO C. MARTIN FOR C/C & ALPINE FARMS FOR BEE ABATEMENT.
