| 2014-02-03 | 07:23:17 | COMMENTS | 2PM-ROBERT,CLIFF AND I MET AT PROPERTY FOR RENTAL INSPECTION.INSPECTION FAILED.THERE WERE SEVERAL WINDOWS IN EACH UNIT INSPECTED THAT WERE IN DISREPAIR.IN THE FRONT UNIT OF THE REAR BUILDING THERE WAS NOT ELECTRIC/WATER FOR INSPECTION.IN THE REAR UNIT OF THE REAR UNIT THERE WAS NO WATER FOR THE INSPECTION.IN THE FRONT BUILDING I INSPECTED THE FRONT UNIT.THERE WERE WINDOWS IN DISREPAIR AND SIDE DOOR NEEDS WEATHERSTRIPING.I WAS NOT ABLE TO INSPECT REAR UNIT OF FRONT BUILDING AS CLIFF DID NOT HAVE THE KEY.I TOLD CLIFF THAT THE DAMAGED WALKWAYS ARE IN DISREPAIR AND MUST BE REPAIRED TO PROVIDE SAFE EGRESS.I ALSO MENTIONED THAT ALTHOUGH I WILL NOT HOLD UP THE LICENSE FOR THE LANDSCAPE AND DRIVEWAY,THESE NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.BERNADINE CALLED AS WE WERE DISCUSSING THIS SO HE PUT HER ON SPEAKER PHONE SO I WENT OVER THESE ITEMS WITH HER.SHE WAS NOT HAPPPY AND BEGAN CUSSING EXPELTIVES AND HUNG UP.
