WEATHERSTRIPING.I WAS NOT ABLE TO
INSPECT REAR UNIT OF FRONT BUILDING AS
CLIFF DID NOT HAVE THE KEY.I TOLD CLIFF
THAT THE DAMAGED WALKWAYS ARE IN
DISREPAIR AND MUST BE REPAIRED TO
PROVIDE SAFE EGRESS.I ALSO MENTIONED
THAT ALTHOUGH I WILL NOT HOLD UP THE
LICENSE FOR THE LANDSCAPE AND
DRIVEWAY,THESE NEEDS TO BE
ADDRESSED.BERNADINE CALLED AS WE WERE
DISCUSSING THIS SO HE PUT HER ON SPEAKER

THAT THIS PROPERTY HAS A NEW OWNER AND
THAT I WAS IN PROCESS OF ADDRESSING THE
REQUIRED BUSINESS TAX RENTAL RECEIPT/COU
AS PRODIGY IS NO LONGER THE OWNER
(CURRENTLY AN UNPAID APPLICATION IS
OUTSTANDING THAT WAS BROUGHT TO MY
ATTENTION BY TAX OFFICE).MR.SHUCY
MENTIONED THAT HE ADDRESSING THE TAX
RECEIPT/COU WITH OTHER CODE OFFICERS.I
