I CAN LET YOU KNOW WHAT WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED IN ORDER TO PASS A LIEN REDUCTION INSPECTION, AT THE TIME I INSPECT THE DWELLING FOR VACANCY. THIS WILL GIVE YOU A HEAD START ON ADDRESSING ANY ISSUES SO THAT ONCE THE CODE OFFICER IS ORDERED TO INSPECT HOPEFULLY IT PASSES ON THE FIRST LIEN INSPECTION.
