THAT THE DWELLING IS VACANT. LET ME KNOW
WHEN WE CAN MEET AT THE PROPERTY SO THAT
I MAY INSPECT. ONCE I VERIFY THAT THE
DWELLING IS VACANT THEN I CAN COMPLY THE
CASE AND STOP THE FINES.

THE NEXT STEP IS FOR A LIEN REDUCTION
APPLICATION TO BE SUBMITTED. ONCE THIS
APPLICATION HAS BEEN PROCESSED THEN THE
CODE OFFICER WILL BE SENT TO THE
PROPERTY FOR AN INSPECTION. THE
PROPERTY HAS TO BE IN FULL COMPLIANCE
WITH THE CITY'S CODES IN ORDER TO PASS A
LIEN REDUCTION INSPECTION AND BE
CONSIDERED FOR A HEARING. I CAN LET YOU
KNOW WHAT WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED IN
ORDER TO PASS A LIEN REDUCTION
INSPECTION, AT THE TIME I INSPECT THE

I HELP THE OLDER GENTLEMAN THAT OWNS THE
ABOVE PROPERTY. HE WAS UNAWARE OF ANY
VIOLATION. HE IS NOW TRYING TO SELL ONE
OF HIS OTHER PROPERTIES, WHICH IS HOW HE
BECAME AWARE OF THIS ISSUE. I KNOW I
APPLIED FOR THE LICENSE FOR HIM SOME
TIME AGO, BUT NEVER HEARD ANYTHING FROM
THE INSPECTOR THAT'S SUPPOSED TO COME
OUT. CAN YOU SEE THE RECORDS AND FIND
THAT APPLICATION?? I NEED TO GET THAT
LICENSE IN PLACE SO HE CAN GO BEFORE THE
MAGISTRATE IN HOPES OF GETTING THE FINES
