HIS OWN PICTURES SHOW THE BARE PARKWAY AND THE SPARSITY OF GROUND COVER FOR THE FRONT TWO THIRDS OF THE LOT BUT THE REAR IS IN SHADOWS AND DIFFICULT TO MAKE OUT IN THE PICTURES. THEY ARE NOT DATE STAMPED. THE INVOICE FROM V/S FOR THE WORK DONE WAS RECEIVED THIS AFTERNOON. HIS DATE STAMPED PICTURES CLEARLY SHOW THE T/D THEY CLEARED OUT, THE OVERGROWN GROUND COVER IN THE REAR AND THE DEAD VEGETATION THEY REMOVED INCLUDING THE LARGE BRANCHES NOTED FROM THE INSPECTION ON 5-1-17. ADVISED MR. FARSAD THAT THE CONTRACTOR DID NOT CANCEL THE WORK ORDER AS THERE WERE VIOLATIONS TO ABATE WHEN HE WAS ON SCENE ON 5-9-17.
