THE SCOPE OF THAT PERMIT WHEN A NEW FENCE WAS
INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT FOR A NEW FENCE. THE
NEW FENCE IS ON THE NEIGHBOR'S SIDE OF THE
PROPERTY LINE.

BECAUSE IT WAS YOUR NEIGHBOR THAT PUT
THE FENCE UP ON YOUR PROPERTY AND YOU
ARE SIMPLY TRYING TO GET A PERMIT FOR IT
AFTER THE FACT. ONCE YOU GET A PERMIT
ISSUED FOR THE FENCE THE VIOLATION
ISSUED FOR 504 51ST ST CAN BE
