I EXPLAINED THAT OUTSIDE STORAGE (HOLISTICALLY) MEANS "ANTHING NOT INTENDED TO BE STORED OUTDOORS, SHOULD NOT BE, ANY ITEMS THAT CAN WEATHER THE OUTDOORS SHOULD BE OUT OF PUBLIC VIEW".

I WILL FORWARD MY PHOTOS TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT.
