ALSO SAID HE WANTS TO HAVE AN URBAN MARKET GARDEN.I ASKED HIM TO EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT THIS IS.HE SAID THAT THEY WOULD GROW PLANTS/VEGETABLES AND SELL THEM WHICH IS HAS BEEN DOING ON STARUDAYS AND SAW THAT I DROVE BY ON SATURDAY WHEN HE WAS SELLING.I TOLD HIM UNTIL HE HAS OFFICIAL PERMISSION FROM THE CITY WITH PERMITS/COU HE CAN NOT CONDUCT THIS BUSINESS.HE SAID HE WILL STOP.HE SAID HE WAS TOLD BY SHIRLEY/CRA WHEN SHE WENT TO THIS PROPERTY THAT THEY COULD HAVE THE URBAN MARKET GARDEN AND HE SHOULD SUBMIT PAPERWORK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AS THEY WILL BE HAVING A MEETING ON THIS ISSUED IN MID MAY.ALSO HE SAID HE SPOKE WITH MURRIAH AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD HAVE THIS URBAN MARKET GARDEN.I TOLD HIM I WILL TRY TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT WITH ZONING/ANGELA JONES VANN AND HIM AND ME SO THAT HE KNOWS WHAT HE NEEDS TO DO TO COMPLY.I EMAILED ANGELA TODAY TO SET UP MEETING/WILL WAIT FOR RESPONSE AND NOTIFIY TENANT.
