WE DISCUSSED THE FORNT OF THE PROPERTY AND I SUGGESTED THAT HE FOCUS ON THE REAR SINCE THAT IS WHERE THE BULK OF THE WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE AND THE COMPLAINTS ORIGINATE. HE SAID HE WAS WORKING TO RESTORE THE ADDITION THAT WAS DAMAGED BY THE HURRICANE AND I AGAIN SUGGESTED THAT HE MAY WANT TO ADDRESS THE ISSUES ON THE NOTICE OF VIOLATION BEFORE HE ADDRESSES REPLACING THE ADDITION. TIME IS OF THE ESSANCE. I EXPLAINED THAT HE WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR AN ASSESSMENT HEARING AND SHOULD PREPARE TO GIVE A TIME TABLE AS TO WHEN HE WILL BE FINISHED WITH CERTAIN VIOLATIONS. I REITERATED THAT HE HAS UNTIL 9/18/14 TO COMPLY WITH ALL VIOLATIONS.
