CAME TO MY DESK TO DISCUSS FENCE ISSUES
OF THIS CASE.I EXPLAINED THAT I HAVE
BEEN BY AND NOTICED THE BARBED WIRE HAS
BEEN REMOVED.HOWEVER, THE FENCE PERMIT
VIOLATION HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED AS
YET.WE DISCUSSED THE POSITION THE
PROEPRTY OWNERS ATTORNEY MAINTAINS
REGARDING THE FENCE PERMIT THAT THIS
FENCE ALREADY HAS A PERMIT BACK WHEN THE
BUILDING WAS CONSTRUCTED BUT MAY HAVE
BEEN DESTROYED IN THE CITY HALL FIRE
MANY YEARS AGO.I TOOK DANA TO
MURRIAH/ZONING AND MURRIAH WILL RESEARCH
IN FILENET FOR ANY PREVIOUS FENCE
PERMIT.ALSO I EMAILED CAROLINE
REQUESTING A PERMIT RESEARCH FOR ANY
PREVIOUS FENCE PERMIT PRIOR TO 2003
FENCE PERMIT IN COMM.PLUS. I CC'D
MURRIAH AND DANA IN THIS EMAIL.

REGARDING NOTICE OF VIOLATION
RECEIVED.SHE CLAIMS THAT THE BARBED WIRE
CHAIN LINK FENCE HAS BEEN THERE SINCE
THE STRUCTURE WAS BUILT AND SHE KNOWS
FOR A FACT THAT THERE WAS A FIRE IN
CITYHALL AT THAT TIME AND ALL RECORDS OF
PERMITS WERE DESTROYED AND THE BURDEN OF
PROOF IS UPON THE CITY.SHE BELIEVES THAT
THE VIOLATIONS WERE NOT JUST AND SHE
WOULD LIKE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE.I TOLD
HER THAT BASED ON MY RESEARCH VIOLATIONS
WERE CITED AND IF SHE BELIEVES OTHERWISE
THEN THE CASE WILL BE HEARD AT THE
HEARING.SHE REQUESTED TO SPEAK WITH MY
SUPERVISOR OR CITY ATTORNEY.I PROVIDED
BOTH CONTACT PHONE NUMBERS.
(FACT: IS THAT A FENCE PERMIT WAS
APPLIED FOR ON 2/11/03 BUT WAS NEVER
ISSUED AS IT WAS DENIED ON SAME DATE.ON

9/20/06 PERMIT CLOSED AT CONTRACTOR
