NIECES BOYFRIEND DOES NOT COUNT AS
FAMILY MEMBER AND A RENTAL TAX
RECEIPT/COU WOULD NOT BE REQUIRED.IF HE
WANTS TO RENT HOUSE HE MUST OBTAIN
RENTAL TAX RECEIPT/COU TO RENT OUT HOUSE
TO 1 FAMILY OR LIMIT OF 2 UNRELATED
PERSONS BUT HE CAN'T LIVE THERE AT THE
SAME TIME.I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT HE IS NOT

OR MAY MAKE LEXUS LEGAL AND NOT PARK THE
LEXUS ON RIGHT SIDE OF THE HOUSE WHICH I
