OWNER/DIFFERENT NAME.I CONTINUED TO GO

WENT OVER THE VIOLATIONS HERE ALSO.I
POINTED OUT THE EXTERIOR REPAIRS TO BE
ADDRESSED AS WELL AS THE FENCE, PROPERTY
CLEANUP AND WASTE CONTAINERS.WE WERE NOT
ABLE TO INSPECT THE FRONT AS THE TENANT
HAD LEFT BEFORE WE COULD INSPECT.CLIFF
WILL KEEP IN TOUCH TO TRY TO COMPLY ALL
VIOLATIONS BEFORE THE HEARING.I TOLD HIM
I WOULD TRY TO GET THE PLUMBING AND
ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR TO MEET US AT THE
PROPERTY TO DETERMINE IF THEY MEET CODE
AND REQUIRE PERMITS.
