DO SOME TRIMMING AT THE CORNER.I SHOWED
HIM THE DAMAGED AREAS OF THE CONCRETE
FENCE THAT NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED AND
PAINTED AND MENTIONED THE GARAGE
STRUCTURE AS WELL.HE SAID HE MAY NOT BE
ABLE TO FULLY COMPLY BY HEARING.I TOLD
HIM HE CAN REQUEST MORE TIME AT THE
HEARING BUT MADE HIM AWARE THAT FEES
WILL BE ASSESSED IF HE DOES NOT COMPLY
BY THE EXTENSION GIVEN AT THE HEARING.HE
