HAD DAVID REMOVE BOTH AS SAFETY HAZARDS.
STAIRS ON WEST SIDE OF REAR HOUSE IS
DETERIORATING AND APPEARS UNSAFE TO USE.
HAD DAVID TRIM OVERGROWTH ENCROACHING
ON 724 PARK AS WELL AS OVERGROWTH AT
VERY REAR OF PROPERTY AS IT WAS ALL
GROWING OVER FROM 721 KANUGA. THIS WAS
TRIMMED BACK TO THE FENCE LINE. THE
REAR HOUSE IS EXTERIOR IS FILTHY AND
DETERIORATING, SPECIFIALLY AT THE WINDOW
FRAMES. ONE PANE OF GLASS MISSING FROM
DOOR TO REAR HOUSE. ADVISED THEM TO
LEAVE ALL SERVICEABLE CONSTRUCTION
MATERIAL IN PLACE. THE CREW WAS DONE
AROUND 10:30 AM.
