ALTHOUGH I DON'T BELIEVE THERE WAS AN
INOPERATIVE VEHICLE ON THE PROEPRTY AT
THE TIME.SHE ASKED IF WE PICK AND CHOOSE
WHOS TRASH TO PICKUP WITH IT IS PUT
OUT.I TOLD HER THE OWNER MUST BE PAYING
FOR SANITATION SERVICE IN ORDER TO HAVE
WATSE PICKED UP.SHE SAID SHE HAS BUYER
AND READY TO GO.I WILL CALL HER BACK
