INSECT INFESTATION THE CASE WENT BEFORE THE SM ON
9/7/11 AND AN ORDER WAS ISSUED FOR COMPLIANCE
WITHIN 45 DAYS OR $50. PER DAY AT THAT TIME I
ADVISED THE COMP. MISS THOMPSON OF THE RESULTS OF
THE HEARING AND THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER
STEPHANIE VINCENT SAID SHE WOULD CONTINUE TO HAVE
THE PROPERTY TREATED AND HAVE THE PROBLEM SOLVED
WITHIN THE 45 DAYS, TREATMENT HAD ALREADY BE
STARTED BEFORE THE HEARING AND THE COMP.STATED THE
THE PROBLEM WAS GETTING BETTER BUT NOT YET
RESOLVED. AFTER NOT HEARING BACK FROM THE COMP.
AFTER THE 45 DAYS IT WAS THOUGHT THAT THE PROBLEM
HAD BEEN RESOLVED AND I COMPLIED AND CLOSED THE
CASE. YESTERDAY 1/10/12 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE
COMP.STATING THAT THE PROBLEM HAD NEVER BEEN
FULLEY RESOLVED, SHE STILL HAD ROACHES IN HER
APARTMENT, THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HEARD
FROM THE COMP.THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOT RESOLVED
SINCE THE TIME THAT I HAD ADVISED HER OF THE
RESULTS OF THE HEARING BACK IN SEPTEMBER OF 2011.
