DISCOVERED THAT THE HEDGES ARE ACTUALLY
IN MR.MONTGOMERY/CITED PROPERTY AND WE
HAVE ALREADY TALKED.MR.NICOLETTI STATED
THAT HE AND MR. MONTGOMERY DISCUSSED
VIOLATION AND SAID THEY WERE GOING TO
GO
IN TOGETHER TO TRIM HEDEGS BUT DID NOT
UNDERSTAND WHY THE HEIGHT LIMIT IS AN
ISSUE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.HE
