MONTGOMERY DISCUSSED VIOLATION AND SAID THEY WERE GOING TO GO IN TOGETHER TO TRIM HEDEGS BUT DID NOT UNDERSTAND WHY THE HEIGHT LIMIT IS AN ISSUE AFTER ALL THESE YEARS.HE REQUESTED FOR EXTENSION AS HE WILL TALK WITH OTHER NEIGHBORS AND MAYY WANT TO GO TO HEARING TO RESOLVE ISSUE.I AGREED AND AND EXTENSION IS GRANTED;REINSPECTION ON 1/7/10 THEN I WILL SCHEDULE FOR HEARING IF NOT COMPLIED.
