STATED THAT IT DID NOT GET COLD ENOUGH TO KEEP FOOD EVEN WHEN SET TO 7 AND SHE PUSHED IT DOWN TO 2 TO SAVE ELECTRICTY. THE A/C WAS BLOWING WARM AIR.THREE ELECTRICAL OUTLET WERE NOT WORKING AROUND THE KITCHEN SINK I FOUND THE GFI OUTLET POPED I RESET THE OUTLET AND ALL THREE OUTLETS CAME BACK ON. I ADVISED THE COMP THAT IF THE GFI OUTLET WENT OFF AGAIN NOT TO RESET IT BUT TO HAVE MANAGEMENT REPLACE THE GFI OUTLET. I MET WITH THE COMP AND THE PROPERTY MANAGER, STEPHANIE VINCENT, AND WENT OVER THE PROBLEMS. THE MANAGER STATED THAT THE MAINT. DEPT. TRIED TO DO THE REPAIRS BUT THAT THE COMP. WAS ASLEEP IN THE APARTMENT AND DID NOT ANSWER THE DOOR.THE MANAGER STATED THAT SHE WOULD SEND THE MAINT. MAN TO THE UNIT ON FRIDAY6/18 AND DO THE REPAIRS.MTHE MANAGER SAID THAT IF THE REFRIDE. COULD NOT BE REPAIRED SHE WOULD ORDER A NEW UNIT AND HAVE IT NEXT WEEK OR SHE WOULD PUT IN A WORKING UNIT FROM A VACANT APARTMENT IT WOULD BE THE COMP. CHOICE.
