I ALSO WENT OVER OTHER VIOLATIONS THAT WOULD NEED TO BE ADDRESSED IN ORDER TO PASS A LIEN REDUCTION INSPECTION> >PAINT WHERE EXTERIOR REPAIRS ARE DONE, >CLEAN UP ENTIRE PROEPRTY OF ALL YARD WASTE/TRASH/DEBRIS/LITTER INCLUDING THE DAMAGED HOT TUB AND THE DISCARDED FENCE PANELS IN THE SW CORENER OF THE PROEPRTY, >TRIM THE DEAD BRANCHES/PALM FRONDS FROM TREES INCLUDING DEAD COCONUT TREE ON EAST SIDE OF HOUSE. >I TOLD HIM THAT THE YARD SHOULD ALWAYS BE KEPT CUT AND FREE OF ALL WASTE. >I ADVISED THAT THEY SHOULD CALL AS SOON AS THE 2 OUTSTANDING VIOLATIONS ARE COMPLIED SO THAT I MAY INSPECT AND STOP FINES IF THEY ARE COMPLIED AND ALSO TO CALL ME ONCE SOD IS DOWN AND ENSURE THAT WHEN THEY CALL ME THAT THE GRASS IS HEALTHY,CUT AND YARD FREE OF WASTE AS THIS IS PHOTO THAT MAGISTRATE WILL SEE AT HEARING.
