THAT IT IS COMPLIED AND FURTHER THAT IN
AN AREA WHERE SHE IS GOING TO PUT A
CLOTHESLINE SHE DOES NOT WANT
LANDSCAPING. THEY STILL HAVE NOT GOT A
FIRE INSPECTION AND INSIST THAT THEY DO
NOT HAVE TO GET ONE. THE FLORIDA
ATTORNEY GENERAL SAYS THAT IT IS A
REQUIREMENT THAT 3 UNITS UNDER THE SAME
ROOF WHETHER RENT JUST ONE, TWO OR ALL
THREE REQUIRE AND INSPECTION. THEY ARE
ONLY CO-OPERATIVE ON THEIR BELIEF ON
WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE NOT WHAT IS
REQUIRED BY THE CITY. VERY PASSIVE
AGRESSIVE AND ESCALLATES TO BROWBEATING
TO GET THEIR WAY.
