TRASH. ALSO, MR. DISSTON REMOVED THE
OVERGROWTH THAT WAS GROWING ON THE
SIDEWALK, AS REQUESTED BY ME ON A
PREVIOUS MEETING. THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
REMAINED 0UT OF COMPLIANCE ON THIS DATE:
LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE (DEAD TREE
STUMP), EXTERIOR PAINT (SPECIFIC AREAS
ONLY) AND EXTERIOR REPAIR (SPECIFIC
AREAS ONLY). I SPOKE WITH MR. DISSTON
AND REVIEWED THESE ITEMS. THE REMAINING
AREAS REQUIRING PAINT WERE CURRENTLY
BEING PAINTED, THE WOOD PANEL ON THE
SOFFIT WOULD BE REPLACED ONCE THE WOOD
DRIED OUT, AND WE REMAIN IN DISAGREEMENT
REGARDING THE TREE STUMP. MR. DISSTON
HAS INDICATED THAT HE WILL NOT BE
REMOVING THE TREE STUMP.

CODE OFFICER. I ADVISED THAT THE
MAGISTRATE'S ORDERS ARE FINAL AND THE
ONLY APPEAL PROCESS IS THROUGH THE
CIRCUIT COURT WITHIN 30 DAYS. I ALSO
ADVISED THAT ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT A CODE
OFFICER NEEDS TO BE MADE TO THEIR
SUPERVISORS, NOT THROUGH OUR OFFICE. HE
REPLIED THAT HE WAS GOING TO TRY TO GET
THE OFFICER FIRED AND THAT HE WAS BEING
DISCRIMINATED AGAINST.
