HE SAID THAT THE CALL WAS BEING RECORDED AND THAT HIS ATTY SAID TO GO TO THE MEDIA. MR. MOSIER WAS BEING COMBATIVE AND WOULD NOT LET ME EXPLAIN THE CASE WITHOUT INTERRUPTING AND YELLING.
