| 2012-04-24 | 08:31:17 | COMMENTS | I SPOKE WITH ONE OF THE TENANTS MICHAEL WHO STATED THAT HE RECENTLY MOVED IN WITH HIS FIANCE AND HIS FIANCE'S SISTER.SAID THIS IS NOT A REHAB/HALFWAY HOUSE AND THAT HIS FAMILY ARE THE ONES THAT COME TO VISIT AND HELPED THEM MOVE IN.THE ONLY CAR THAT I HAVE SEEN ON OR IN FRONT OF THE PROPERTY IS THE BMW THAT MICHAEL SAID BELONGS TO HIM.WHEN ASKED IF EVERYTHING IS IN GOOD CONDITION IN THE RENTAL HE SAID ALL IS GOOD.I ASKED WHO MAINTAINS THE PROPERTY HE SAID THE OWNER'S LANDSCAPER/THE LANDSCAPING HAS ALWAYS LOOKED GOOD ON EACH DRIVEBY.I GAVE MICHAEL A COPY OF THE SANITATION GUIDELINES AS HE HAD WASTE OUT ON THE STREET THAT WOULD NOT BE PICKED UP WHICH HE CORRECTED.I WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR AS ALLOWED.
