MICHAEL SAID BELONGS TO HIM.WHEN ASKED
IF EVERYTHING IS IN GOOD CONDITION IN
THE RENTAL HE SAID ALL IS GOOD.I ASKED
WHO MAINTAINS THE PROPERTY HE SAID THE
OWNER'S LANDSCAPER/THE LANDSCAPING HAS
ALWAYS LOOKED GOOD ON EACH DRIVEBY.I
GAVE MICHAEL A COPY OF THE SANITATION
GUIDELINES AS HE HAD WASTE OUT ON THE
STREET THAT WOULD NOT BE PICKED UP WHICH
HE CORRECTED.I WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR
AS ALLOWED.
