THIS PROPERTY IS ON LIST TO BE CLEANED
UP BY EPA STATE ENVIRONMENT CLEANUP
SINCE 1989/1990.HE SAID HE HAS DONE HIS
PART BY PULLING REQUIRED PERMITS AND HAS
BEEN WAITING ON STATE TO DO THEIR
PART.ALSO,OWNER SAID HE WILL PUT SIGN
BACK UP THAT WAS DAMAGED BY HURRICANES.

-HE SAID THAT HE IS CRACKING THE WHIP ON
TENANT CHAPPY TO CLEAN UP AND IS NOW
WORKING ON CLEANING AND REMOVING THE
VEHICLES FROM PROPERTY.MR RUPP SAID THAT
HE IS AN ANTIQUE VEHICLE DEALER AND THAT
HE STORES SOME OF HIS CARS THERE.OTHER
CARS ARE CUSTOMERS OF CHAPPY AND THEY
ARE TRYING TO CONTACT OWNERS TO PICK UP
CARS OR WILL REMOVE THEM.
-MR RUPP ALSO MENTIONED THAT HE HAS
DEALT WITH PAVING ISSUE WITH JOHN
ROACH/P AND Z DEPT.SAID THAT THIS
PROPERTY IS GRANFATHERED AND SOMETHING
THAT THERE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A
CONTAMINATION CLEANUP AND WOULD HAVE TO
DIG UP PROPERTY TO CLEAN UP AND MAYBE
EVEN DEMO STRUCTURE.HE SAID THAT HE HAS
CRUSHED ASPHALT AND THAT IS GRANFATHERED
IN.I TOLD HIM THAT THE PARKING SURFACE
NEEDS TO BE MAINTAINED.HE SAID WE COULD
MEET AT THE PROPERTY WHEN HE REUTURNS
FROM GEORGIA.
-I ASKED HIM TO DO LANDSCAPING BY
PLANTING HEDGES AS A BUFFER AND TO
INSTALL SCREENING MATERIAL IN FENCED
AREA IN REAR.
-I TOLD HIM THAT ROOF NEEDS TO BE
REPARIED,HE SAID THE MISSING PANEL WILL
BE INSTALLED AND THAT THE ROOF IT SELF
IS NEW AND COST HIM 20K RECENTLY.
-I TOLD HIM THAT HE NEEDS TO PAINT
STRUCTURE.
-I TOLD HIM THAT THE GARAGE DOOR HAS
BROKEN GLASS AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED
AND REMOVE BOARDED PANELS ON GARAGE
DOOR.I ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE INTERIOR
HAS BLISTERING PEELING PAINT AND THAT
THE LIGHTING WIRES INSIDE ARE
HANGING.NEED TO PAINT AND REPARI
LIGHTING.
-I DID NOT MENTION THIS TIME THE
OBSOLETE SIGN THAT NEEDS TO BE
REMOVED.WHEN WE MEET AT PROPERTY I WILL
GO OVER EACH VIOLATION.
