I SPOKE WITH MS LAVOTIE AND TOLD HER THAT A BI MONTHLY MAINTENANCE IS REQUIRED AT MINIMUM AND THAT I WOULD TAKE CASE TO GET A FINDING OF FACT AND EXPLAINED WHAT THIS MEANS.SHE AGREED TO A BIMONTHLY MAINTENANCE.PHOTOS TAKEN OF JOB COMPLETED.
