PROPERLY BOARD UP STRUCTURES.HE SAID
THAT THEY HAVE PERMITS AND THAT THE PLAN
IS TO JOIN THE TWO STRUCTURES.I TOLD HIM
THAT I HAD ALREADY CHECKED PERMITS AND
THAT IT HAD EXPIRED A VERY LONG TIME
AGO.I ALSO TOLD HIM TO REMOVE DAMAGED
FENCE OR REPAIR IT.HE TOOK NOV/NOH WITH
HIM.
