I AM TRYING TO CLOSED OUT THE FOLLOWING
CASES - 6915 S. DIXIE HWY (CE07060347)
& 5515 S. DIXIE HWY (CE07060334). THE
NORMAL PERMIT PROCEDURE FOR DUMPSTER
ENCLOSURE COULD NOT BE APPLIED TO THESE
LOCATIONS, DUE TO THE LACK OF SPACE.

IT WAS AGREED THAT LANDSCAPING/SHRUBS
ADJACENT TO THE DUMPSTERS WOULD BE THE
COMPROMISE TO MEET THE SCREENING
REQUIREMENTS.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FORMAL WRITTEN
NOTIFICATION OF THIS FROM CONSTRUCTION
SERVICES, (A) TO PUT ON FILE AND CLOSE
CASE, (B) TO RECORD ON INDIVIDUAL CE#'S.
THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT - INLIGHT OF
OTHER MOTEL OWNERS ON S. DIXIE HWY WHO
WERE AND ARE REQUIRED TO "FENCE IN"
THEIR DUMPSTERS, WHO FELT THEY WERE
BEING UNFAIRLY "TARGETED".

ADDITIONALLY, WRITTEN CONFIRMATION WOULD
SHOW THAT THE CITY IS NOT ARBITRARY IN
THE ENFORCEMENT OF IT'S CODE AND TO
PREVENT THOSE UNDER THE EXCEPTION FROM
BEING CITED IN THE FUTURE.
