ALSO,I ASKED THAT PROPERTY BE CUT OF OVERGROWTH OF GRASS/WEEDS/TREES/HEDGES ETC.ON ENTIRE PROPERTY AND REMOVE ALL TRASH/DEBRIS/REFUSE ON PROPERTY ESPECIALLY IN THE REAR DAMAGED STRUCTURE.I ADVISED THAT SINCE SOME WINDOWS/DOORS ARE BOARDED UP THEY NEED TO APPLY FOR BOARDING CERT.(I WENT OVER SPECIFICS REGARDING BOARDING CERT.)I ALSO ADVISED THAT IF PLAN IS TO GO FOR LIEN REDUCTION THAT PROEPRTY MUST BE IN FULL COMPLIANCE WITH CITYS CODES.SHE MENTIONED THAT PROPERTY WILL GO ON SALE TOMORROW/PROEPRTY IN FORECLOSURE AND THAT VIOLATIONS WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO BE ADDRESSED UNTIL FORECLOSUE GOES THRU.I VERIFIED PAPA SHOWS STEPHANIE RICHARDON AS CURRENT OWNER.TRACY SAID SHE WILL CONTACT HER CLIENT (BANK) REGARDING ACTION THAT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN.
