SAIA, CODE OFF., AND CHRIS HOOPS IN LICENSING. MR. HOOPS STATED THAT HE HAD NO RECOLLECTION OF PAPERWORK AS IT WAS BEFORE HE BEGAN WITH LICENSING. ALSO SPOKE WITH ADRIANA WHO EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO MR. SAIA, INCLUDING THAT PAPERWORK IS NEVER SENT TO OTHER OFFICES FOR ANY REASON; OWNER MUST PICK THEM UP. SPOKE WITH MAGGIE CRUZ WHO STATED THAT PAPERWORK WAS FOUND BY MR. HOOPS AND THAT CODE COULD PICK THEM UP FOR THE OWNER. MR. SAIA PROVIDED CONTACT NUMBERS FOR TENANTS AND AN INSPECTION WILL BE DONE. LEGAL STATES THAT FINES WILL STOP ONCE RL IS OBTAINED, BUT THAT OWNER NEEDS TO GO THROW LIEN REDUCTION FOR REMOVAL OF LIEN. MR. SAIA EXPRESSED HIS DISCONTENT WITH THE CITY'S PROCESSES AND STATED HE WILL BE ADDRESSING THEM LEGALLY. DOES NOT AGREE WITH FINES OR LIEN BEING IMPOSED BASED ON LANGUAGE OF SM ORDER AND THAT HIS PAPERWORK WAS MISPLACED AND HE WAS TOLD THAT PAPERWORK WAS BEING FORWARDED WHEN IT NEVER WAS.
