STATING TO ME THAT I SHOULD TICKET VEHICLES. SINCE THIS IS THE SUBJECT OF ONGOING VIOLATIONS THAT EMINATE FROM THE PROPERTY DUE TO INADAQUATE PARKING. THE OWNER HAS TO MAKE ACCOMODATIONS AND BE RESPONSIBLE. TRASH CANS WERE PROVIDED BUT LOCATION WAS INAPPROPRIATE. DISCUSSED ACCEPTABLE AREA. AND FOR SECOND TIME REMINDED BILL(MAIN. MAN) ABOUT UNCONTAINED TRASH.
