ACCUSED CODE OF TARGETING THE OWNER AND
RACISM. EXPLAINED TO MR. WILLIAMS THAT
THE VIOLATIONS WERE FOUND DURING A NIGHT
SWEEP ON 1/31. HE ARGUED THAT NIGHT
SWEEPS WERE NEVER DONE BEFORE AND THAT
WE WERE PURPOSELY HARRASSING THE OWNER.
OFFERED TO REFER HIM TO THE SUPERVISOR,
TO WHICH HE RESPONDED THAT HE WOULD BE
TAKING THE MATTER TO A HIGHER AUTHORITY.
