WITHIN TWO (2) WEEKS OF STAFF COMMENT;
AND

4) OWNER SHALL OBTAIN A CERTIFICATE OF
OCCUPANCY WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS OF THE
ISSUANCE OF ALL NECESSARY PERMITS; AND

5) OWNER SHALL PAY TO THE CITY A
REDUCED ADMINISTRATIVE FINE IN THE
AMOUNT OF $710.00 PAYABLE WITHIN SIX

MONTHS OF THE DATE OF THIS ORDER.

FAILURE TO TIMELY AND SUBSTANTIALLY
COMPLY WITH ANY ONE OF THESE CONDITIONS
