HE SAID THAT THERE ARE OTHER HOUSES WITH REAR APTS ON HIS STREET.I TOLD HIM HE NEEDS TO CONCENTRATE ON THIS ISSUE AT WHICH POINT HE BECAME IRATE AND STARTED YELLING.I LET HIM FINISH AND TOLD HIM THAT HE NEEDS TO CALM DOWN OR I WILL END THE CALL.HE CONTINUED SO I ENDED THE PHONE CALL.HE CALLED HALF AN HOUR LATER AND STATED THAT HE HAS A LICENSE FOR THE GARAGE APT.I HAVE VERIFIED THAT AND RECORDS SHOW THAT THERE IS ONLY A CLOSED RENTAL LIC. THAT ADRIANNA MCKENZIE CLOSED AS THIS WAS ISSUED IN ERROR PER A PREVIOUS CONTACT BETWEEN ADRIANNA AND ME.
