THE EAST SIDE OF ZONE 9, MY ZONE, WAS TEMPORERLY ASSIGNED TO CODE OFFICER MARK JOYCE, BY SUPERVISOR ROBERT CRESTON, WELL OVER ONE YEAR AGO. DURING THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2006 OFFICER MARK JOYCE WAS PROMOTED TO CODE SUPERVISOR AND I WAS ORDERED BY SUPERVISOR CRESTON TO AGAIN BEGIN SERVICING THE EAST SIDE OF ZONE 9.
I WRITE THIS BECAUSE THIS CASE IN PARTICULAR WAS WRITTEN USING MY NAME AS THE CODE OFFICE MAKING THIS COMPLAINT AGAINST THE OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY, I WAS IN FACT NOT THE OFFICER IN THIS CASE AND THIS CASE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN WRITTEN USING MY NAME WHEN I HAD NO KNOWLDGE OF THIS CASE AT ALL.
BEING THAT I HAVE BEEN REASSIGNED TO THIS PART OF ZONE 9 I WILL FOLLOW UP WITH THIS CASE AND ANY VIOLATIONS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT EXIST AFTER CONDUCTING MY OWN INVESTIGATION.
