BUILDING AND HAS HES OFFICE DOWN STAIRS
WHERE THE TENANT WORKS FOR HIM.

THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO HAVE A RENTAL
LICENSE FOR THE TENANT AS WELL AS
OCCUPATIONAL LICENSE FOR THE BUSINESS

OF SEPTEMBER 2006 OFFICER MARK JOYCE WAS
PROMOTED TO CODE SUPERVISOR AND I WAS
ORDERED BY SUPERVISOR CRESTON TO AGAIN
BEGIN SERVICING THE EAST SIDE OF ZONE 9.

I WRITE THIS BECAUSE THIS CASE IN
PARTICULAR WAS WRITTEN USING MY NAME AS
THE CODE OFFICE MAKING THIS COMPLAINT
AGAINST THE OWNER OF THIS PROPERTY, I
WAS IN FACT NOT THE OFFICER IN THIS CASE
AND THIS CASE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN
WRITTEN USING MY NAME WHEN I HAD NO
KNOWLDGE OF THIS CASE AT ALL.

BEING THAT I HAVE BEEN REASSIGNED TO
THIS PART OF ZONE 9 I WILL FOLLOW UP
WITH THIS CASE AND ANY VIOLATIONS THAT
MAY OR MAY NOT EXIST AFTER CONDUCTING MY
OWN INVESTIGATION.
