UPSTAIRS STAIR RAIL IS REPAIRED,LIGHT FIXTURE IS REPLACED.UPSTAIRS BATH IS REPAIRED,BEDROOMS NEED CLOSET DOORS. REAR STRUCTURE IS VACATED.OUTSIDE WALL AND ROTTED WOOD REPAIR IS NEEDED. SOME OUTSIDE STORAGE REMAINS.
