DOOR.MR.ZAHLMANN ASSURED ME THAT HE WILL
HAVE SOMEONE SECURE DOORS ASAP AND WILL
HAVE LANDSCAPER GO OUT AND TAKE CARE OF
LANDSCAPE.
AS FAR AS FINES RUNNING ON CITED
VIOLATIONS ON 4/18/07 ALL DWELLINGS WERE
VACANT.I WILL SIGN OFF ON AFFIDAVIT OF
COMPLIANCE AS NO RENTAL LICENSE/COU IS
REQUIRED FOR UNITS THAT ARE NOT RENTED.
