AN INSPECTION WITH THE OWNER REVEALED THAT ALL VIOLATIONS ARE IN COMPLIANCE EXCEPT THE RENTAL LICENSE / COU. THE OWNER IS IN THE PROCESS OF OBTAINING THE LICENSE/COU BUT HAS COME ACCROSS SOME OBSTACLES WITH THE ZONING DEPT.REGARDING THE NUMBER OF RENTAL DWELLING UNITS TO BE APPROVED.

I WILL GO BY PROPERTY AND LOOK AT IT AND CALL MR WEISS BACK TO TELL HIM WHAT I FOUND.
