CONTACTED SUSAN CUMMINGS,OWNER OF
RECORD, BY TELEPHONE AT 889-4363 AND
ADVISED HER THAT I WAS AT THE PROPERTY
AND NEEDED TO DO A REINSPECTION AS PER
THE SM ORDER 9/25/06. MRS. CUMMINGS WAS
VERY AGITATED THAT I WAS IN FRONT OF HER
HOUSE WITHOUT HER BEING THERE AS WELL. I
ADVISED HER THAT I WENT ON THE PROPERTY
ONLY TO THE FRONT DOOR AND WHEN I FOUND
THAT SHE WAS NOT HOME I CALLED HER. SHE
SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK WITH A DATE
THAT I COULD INSPECT THE PROPERTY WITH
HER THERE.
FIVE DAYS HAVE PASSED WITH NO CALL OR
MESSAGE FROM MRS. CUMMINGS.
FROM WHAT I COULD SEE JUST BY WALKING UP
TO THE FRONT DOOR NOTHING HAS BEEN
COMPLIED. MRS. CUMMINGS HAS NOT AFFORDED
ME THE OPPERTUNITY TO INSPECT THE
REMAINDER OF THE PROPERTY AND FROM WHAT
CAN BE SEEN I AM ENTERING A AFFIDAVID OF
NON- COMPLIANCE.
IT IS MRS. CUMMINGS OBLIGATION TO
CONTACT ME FOR A RE-INSPECTION AND SHE
HAS NOT DONE SO.
