THERE IS NEW APPLIANCES AND KITCHEN SINK AND CABINETS READY TO BE INSTALLED FOR THIS UNIT AND ARE TO BE COMPLETED TODAY PER THIS TENANT. THE GARAGE APT. IS ALSO RENTED PER FRONT AND BACK TENATN BUT NO ONE ANSWERED WHEN I KNOCKED FOR PERMISSION TO INSPECT.I CITED THE PROPERTY AND WILL REFFER ILLEGAL CONVERSION TO PROPER DEPT.THE OWNER DID CALL ME AND I DISCUSSED THE VIOALTIONS WITH HIM WHICH HE SAID HE WILL TAKE CARE OF.
